Yes, or you can designate someone to hand over/receive the glasses on your behalf. We need a signature for both collection and delivery for insurance purposes.
Please give us 24 hours notice to reschedule - it's free! If we arrive and you're not available, there's a £5 re-delivery fee to cover our costs.
Absolutely! Your frames are fully insured while in our possession, during transport, and while being reglazed.
Of course! Just enter your work address in the booking form. Many customers prefer workplace pickup - one less thing to worry about!
You can still use our postal service! We provide free shipping labels both ways. But if you're close to our coverage area, contact us - we may be able to accommodate you.
The £12 fee is non-refundable once pickup is completed. However, if you cancel before we collect your glasses, there's no charge.
Same as postal service - 7-10 working days from when we collect your frames. The local pickup just makes drop-off and collection easier!
